Buddhi mudra is a hand gesture which balances the water element in the body and improves mental clarity. It has healing properties.
How to do Buddhi Mudra
To do this mudra, tip of the little finger touches the tip of thumb applying light pressure. Rest three fingers remain comfortably extended.
It also known as Varuna Mudra named after Hindu God of water.
It is also known as jal-vardhak mudra. In Sanskrit ‘Jal’ means water and vardhak means to ‘increase’.
