How to do Positive Self Talk

Positive Self Talk is very important these days. In these times when people are insecure about their future, we need to motivate ourselves by talking positively to our own self.

We tell others to think positive. But we do not talk positively to our own self. When things are not going our way, we tend to become doubtful about our own decisions. We just start saying to ourselves, it will not work. I cannot do it. We talk so many negative sentences to our own self.

So what should we do ?

How can we break this negative thinking pattern. Only way to stop this negative thinking pattern is by just talking positive to our own self. Talking positive to our own self ? How does that happen ? How can we talk to our own self ? Yes, we can motivate ourselves by talking positive to our own self. We can say it will work. It needs some more patience. It is possible. Let me try once more. We can easily break the negative affirmation and turn it into positive affirmation. It is working for me. Things are going my way. All the best things are happening to me now. I will try again tomorrow. At least I am better than before.

Let us say to ourselves Day by Day in every aspect, I am becoming better and better. I am improving each day. My thoughts are becoming more and more positive by each passing day.

We can talk to God (Almighty), no matter whatever religion we believe it. We can say 3 to 5 times "Hey God, My Friend, I am stuck up in this. Please help me". We will realize that we are getting perfect solution.

Few days back I was thinking again and again about past events. So I talked to God that I am getting thoughts of past again and again. Later on, to avoid these thoughts I indulged in some exercises and repeating positive affirmations from a website by doing google search. I also started singing some songs. So thoughts of past were beneficial to me to get me back to exercise, singing and reciting positive affirmations.

If we think like this that everything brings out positive activities in us or teaches us some thing, then we can learn new things. This kind of positive thinking is very helpful for self development and self improvement.

We can do this in every walk of life.

Some Positive Affirmations

So let us start talking positively to our own self and see the difference.

Below is one link which has lot of positive affirmations which we can utilize in our positive self talk for various topics:
