Simple Effective Meditation and breathing exercise

Sit Cross Legged with back and neck straight. Take a slow deep breath in. Stomach will come out. Breath out from mouth. Stomach will go to normal position. Say positive thoughts mentally while breathing in and out. For example I am becoming more and more peaceful, loveful and happy or any other virtue which we want to increase. Please do this meditation for 5- 10 minutes. Time can be increased with practice.
